REST ONE-to-ONE
Online, 75 min
The PRIVATE REST SESSION is designed uniquely for you and can be a profoundly nurturing and healing experience. Beyond calming the nervous system and inviting deep, meditative rest, it can also support you through specific themes arising in your life right now. By weaving gentle breath and movement, guided yoga nidrā, and energy healing (optional), you are held in a space where the body can soften, the mind can relax, and something deeper can be restored, released, or revealed.
-
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Breath & movement
We’ll begin with prāṇāyāma, gentle shaking, or stretching to prepare the body for rest.
Yoga nidrā
I’ll then softly guide you into a state of deep, meditative rest, where you can truly restore and reconnect — opening into creativity, inspiration, and inner truth.
Energy healing
If you wish, I will attune to your energetic body as you enter deep rest, allowing healing life energy — held in loving intention — to flow across time and space.
Sharing & support
We’ll close the session with space for sharing, which can be a profound and healing part of the experience — though always optional.
SPECIAL GIFT
You’ll also receive your personal yoga nidrā recording from the session to revisit anytime.

REST at LUNCH
Online, 45 min
Take a pause to rest and regulate in your (work) day in an open-to-all YOGA NIDRĀ CLASS. No previous experience needed, just come as you are. In this 45-minute online session, you’ll be invited to gently move and breathe to softly land in your body, before being guided you into a state of deep, meditative rest. This is a chance to return home to yourself — opening into creativity, intuition, and inner truth.

HOW TO PREPARE
Find a calm, quiet place to set up your rest nest where you won’t be disturbed, making sure that you have everything you need (Yoga mat? Pillow? Bolster? Eye pillow?) to feel supported and at ease. Also note that the body’s temperature tends to drop in deep rest, so keep a blanket and warm socks at hand (who can relax with cold feet?).
Know that you can choose any resting position that feels comfortable — on your side, belly, semi-reclined with bolsters, seated, or even standing. The key is to find a posture that allows you to fully relax.
