I guide women into deep rest through yoga nidrā and energy healing.

My work is rooted in nervous system regulation, intuition, and a deep respect for the body’s natural rhythm. Each session is a space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or hold anything together.

I created NIDRISTA because I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and deeply tired — and how powerful it is to be held in a space where your system can finally soften.

Private sessions combining bespoke yoga nidrā and distance energy healing to support deep rest, emotional release, and nervous-system regulation.
