These sessions are for you who feel the need to pause. To step out of the constant doing — and into a more grounded, present state.


We work gently with the nervous system through practices such as:


Yoga nidrā

Energy healing

Breath awareness

Somatic guidance

Stillness and integration

This is not about fixing.
It’s about creating space — for your body to restore, and for insight to arise naturally.

  • experience stress, tension, or difficulty unwinding

  • are navigating a transition or life change

  • long for deeper rest and inner connection

No prior experience is needed.

THE EXPERIENCE

Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to you.

We begin with a short check-in, followed by a guided practice where you are invited to rest while staying gently aware.

Afterwards, there is space for reflection and integration.

Sessions are held online.

In-person sessions are offered upon request in Stockholm, Sweden.
